Jordi
Founder & Head Coach
I started JKingFit in my backyard in Dandenong North in December 2015. With 4 people in my first class (all of which were close friends) the name grew and babes started to find out about JKingFit and the epic results that came with the program.
I love strength training and teaching babes how to lift weights effectively and PROPERLY. Creating a safe place for babes to treat as their second home.
Monica
Strength Coach + Crossfit Background
Joining us as a member back in August 2021, then soon after becoming a staff member (it took some pestering & convincing to join the coaching crew)
We fast forward to today and are lucky enough to have Coach Mon work with us & support the girlgang nearly every day of the week.
She lives and breathes the JKing culture, which is a caring & supportive approach to all of our members, we really do go that step further investing into our gal’s lives.
After starting her own health & fitness journey back in 2015, Mon knew immediately she wanted to help people unlock their true potential and see what both their mind & body is capable of!
Mon believes in enjoying and encouraging any kind of movement for your body. She has a special interest in olympic weightlifting, but outside of the gym, you can catch her most likely walking her dog or playing netball!
Lexie

Lexie became a member of HQ back in 2019 and has stuck around ever since.
Shortly after joining, she became our resdident Myotherapist and later on introduced Pilates to our members. It was only a matter of time before we found her on the gym floor coaching as well.
Lexie’s passion is helping people move their best and educating people on how to take control of and connect with their bodies in every possible way.

Shan
Coach
Earning my Certificate III & IV in Fitness in 2023, I quickly discovered my passion lies in biomechanics leading me to specialize in posture, stability, strength, and hypertrophy.
My personal mission is to help people become more aware of their own bodies. I believe true, lasting fitness is built by prioritizing the mind-to-muscle connection and precision technique, empowering my clients to move better and feel better in their daily lives. Looking ahead, my goal is to expand my expertise into the world of rehabilitation, bridging the gap between injury recovery and peak performance, so I can keep doing what I do today, but with an even greater impact.
