Seriously unlike any other group training (tried them all from crossfit to f45). So supportive & focused on the right things, mindset first, nutrition & proper technique.

Jordana is a passionate down to earth just an amazing human, coach, trainer, business woman! I love the classes and culture there and not to mention so many classes to choose from. I would recommend this place to anyone who is a little self conscious of working out in a group. I felt so at easy, the music really helped me to zone out and I was able to go at my own pace! Having all the other girls around me gave me the motivation to keep on going!! 10/10! Go try it out for yourself!!

JKingFit is a great group training facility. Athough it is group training, Jordana caters for everyone's individual needs/experience, and you are never made to feel pressured to do movements that you either arent comfortable with, or simply know you shouldn't be doing because of an injury etc. I have to modify a lot of movements due to injuries, and I have never been made to feel judged or pressured to 'just do it', like I have elsewhere in the past. Definitely give it a go!
